TRANSFER THE IMAGE OF YOUR INFINIX TO YOUR TV WITH A CHROMECAST
The most used now to send the image of your Infinix to your TV, is the Chromecast! The little box from Google, which has been around for a few years and has undergone several evolutions, will allow you to pass Wifi send the video and audio stream from any device connected to your home Wi-Fi network. You can directly transfer the screen of your Infinix or just the content of your favorite applications. It is actually a kind of HMDI dongle to plug into your TV. It comes in two versions, one for €40 and a 4K version for €80. To use it, nothing could be simpler:
- Get and connect a Chromecast to your TV
- Download and install the Google Home app on your Infinix

Similar to Chromecast, the Miracast solution works through an HDMI box to connect to the television. Once connected and set up, you will need to use a specific app to send the video and audio stream from your Infinix to your TV, you can send video files up to 1080p. This alternative is less versatile and successful than the Chromecast but it has the advantage of being a little cheaper, you can find boxes between €20 and €30. However, it has the downside of not allowing you to lock your mobile phone screen during streaming. This is what you need to do to use it:
- Buy your Miracast box and connect it to your TV
- Download and install the Miracast app on your Infinix
- Connect the dongle and your Infinix to the same Wi-FI network
- Open the application on your mobile phone, in the » Parameters »Search in the menu» Wireless display »Your TV
- Now you can select your TV which will be listed and start streaming
